Reika Kaga (蚊賀レイカ,, Kaga Reika^?) was a Kanonba who worked as Bug Bite Electronics's manager.

Appearance

Reika was the eldest of the three Kanonba sisters and had a medium long black and white hair. She wore a green sleveless crop top with collar and stripe pattern and a high-waist beige pencil skirt. She also wore a pair of toeless black wedge heels. As a manager of the Bug Bite Electronics, she carried an ID badge on a lace.

Personality

Reika and her sisters used the company as personal feeding ground, while also turning the company bad name to a good one. She considered herself superior to her sisters and could control her thirst much better than them. When her sisters failed and endangered her operation, she mercilessly killed them in an attempt to protect her feeding ground.

Plot

Introduction Arc

Reika lures the worker in a dark room.

As one of the employees can't take it anymore, Reika takes him to a rehabilitation room, where he sees Erika Kaga with a mosquito head and she sucks his brain. Momoka Kaga complains she haven't eaten one recently and Reika promises to give her the first one tomorrow. Reika calls the president Aitaro Nakano that another employee had resigned. She informs him, she had a talk with him and he won't talk badly of the company. They hear a noise and Erika finds a toy car outside the door and decides to split and investigate.

Reika's arms get ripped out by Kabane.

Reika returns to find Erika and Momoka defeated. She scolds them for fighting with children and apologizes, saying that if they keep quiet, she will let them alive. As Kabane refuses, Reika sucks the brains of Momoka and Erika. Reika not wanting to give her feeding ground, transforms and starts fighting Kabane, while pushing Shiki and Akira away. As she holds him, Kabane manages to control his power and rips her hands. Moment before he rips her legs too, Kohachi stops him, explaining that this isn't their job. Nobimaru then shows up and explains she works for Yoko Inari. He hits special pressure points on Reika, causing her to burst into flames and turn to ash, while he explains no evidence of kemono must be left.

Powers & Abilities

Reika was a kanonba and had the species' standard abilities:

• Shapeshifting: She can shift between her human form and her Kemono form.
• Detection Sensitivity Enhance (探知感度鋭化,, Tanchi Kando Eika^?): She can enhance her senses and detect things that are not visible to the eyes.
• Superhuman strength: She was strong enough to surpass Kabane’s raw human strength. Despite Kabane effortlessly defeating monsters, she could easily restrict their movements.
